Terms of Play

1. Personal use. Emperor Dracula: Island of Shadows is a free game for your own entertainment. You may not resell, re-host or redistribute the game or its files without written permission from Vuelance Entertainment.
2. Age. The game is intended for players aged 12 and over. Younger players should only play with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance.
3. Health and photosensitivity. The game contains flashing lights, lightning and fast-moving images that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. If you feel dizzy, sick or notice any twitching, stop playing at once and seek medical advice. Take regular breaks, especially on phones, which can get warm during long sessions.
4. Your data. We do not collect personal information. There are no accounts, ads or trackers. Your settings and save game are kept only in this browser's local storage; clearing your browser data deletes them.
5. Fiction. All characters, places and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or places is coincidental.
6. Third-party content. Some models, textures and sounds are used under their creators' licences, listed in the Credits. Those works remain the property of their owners.
7. No warranty. The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Vuelance Entertainment is not liable for lost progress, device issues or any damage arising from playing it, to the extent the law allows.
8. Changes. These terms may be updated with new versions of the game. If they change, you will be asked to accept them again.
